Christmas and New Year

The end of 2025 is just about upon us. To help us ensure that everything runs smoothly with your fuel cards over this time, please take a moment now to review a few things.

Contact information
Has your email address, phone numbers or physical/postal address changed in the last year? Has there been a change to your authorised contacts? Please let us know so we can ensure we have the most up to date information on your account.

Card order, updates and or changes
If you need any new or replacement cards, please get in touch via email by 17th December 2025 at the latest. Because of the increased demand on our suppliers at this time of year, along with the statutory holidays, any card orders received after this date may not be delivered until after the 6th of January 2026.

Card limits
Please look at your fuel spend now and let us know if you need to increase any limits to avoid running out of credit on your card, especially if you are planning to travel.

Bulk Fuel
If you have any bulk fuel requirements, please get in touch via email by 17th December 2025 at the latest. Because of the increased demand on our suppliers at this time of year, along with the statutory holidays, any orders received after this date may have a delay in being delivered.

Christmas and New Year 2025/26
Over the Christmas and New Year, we will also be taking a well-deserved break. But rest assured, even when we are not in the office, we've got you covered. Urgent technical support is always available by calling our 0800 number

Fuel To Go will be closed:

  • 25 December 2025
  • 26 December 2025
  • 1 January 2026
  • 2 January 2026

For the days in between, we will have staff working at reduced hours, so email contact is the best option for general enquiries and requests. We will be up and running full time again from Monday, 05th January 2026.

Emergency and after hour contact numbers
If you need to cancel your card urgently, or your card isn’t working at a site during this period, please still call us on 0800 383 586 and you will be able to speak to someone from our afterhours technical service team. 

Direct Debit dates
Please remember that if you pay by direct debit, this will come out as normal on the 20th. Please ensure there are sufficient funds in your account over this time to avoid dishonoured payments.

Monthly Statements
A reminder that your December statement will be slightly delayed due to the statutory holidays. We are aiming at having these to you by email by 10th January 2026.
