Easter 2026 is upon us, and over the Easter break our office will be closed. Rest assured, even when we are not in the office, we’ve got you covered. Urgent technical support is always available by calling our 0800 number.

Card limits
Please look at your fuel spend now and let us know if you need to increase any limits to avoid running out of credit on your card, especially if you are planning to travel.
PIN numbers
If you incorrectly enter your pin number 3 times at the terminal, your card will be locked out for a period ranging from 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the fuel company.
Emergency and after hour contact numbers
If you need to cancel your card urgently, or your card isn’t working at a site during this period, please still call us on 0800 383 586 and you will be able to speak to someone from our afterhours technical service team.
